Introducing Petra Čuláková, Client Care Department manager (2)

Petra Čuláková has been working at EUC since 2014. She originally worked as a specialist in the Client Care Department.  Thanks to her positive attitude, expertise and experience, she currently works as the manager of the Client Care Department.

After graduating, she gained experience in the field of occupational medicine when she started working directly in the occupational medicine office, and thus got to know the world of occupational medicine services from several angles.

As the manager of the Client Care Department, Petra ensures the operation of the entire department, and participates in setting up and updating processes, new products and services. She is responsible for communication with clients and actively takes care of the assigned portfolio of clients herself.

She enjoys diversity and complexity in her work. Every day she has to deal with a new challenge and every day is something special for her and her whole team.

In Petra's personal life, she enjoys traveling, playing sports, and reading professional literature and detective stories.

EUC Client Care Department Team

The Client Care Department (CCD) provides contractual clients, both individual and corporate, with a complete operational agenda based on the contractual conditions concluded between the provider of occupational health services or premium care and the client.

Each CCD employee has an assigned portfolio of clients who use various services. These services include not only occupational health services (hereinafter OHS), but also premium care, or the combination of both services. The daily activities of CCD include the registration of clients in internal systems and the setting of service parameters, including the provision of administrative support. The aim of CCD is to establish a good and friendly relationship with the client, to maintain their satisfaction and to ensure that they receive quality care. We try to be our client's partner.

Thanks to you, the clients, and your questions, our work is very diverse. We often even receive professional questions from you, which we then deal with in cooperation with health professionals or other responsible employees and which thus allow us to continue our education in the field of OHS.

What are the most frequently asked questions / suggestions to contact the CCD with in the field of OHS?

In general, the CCD is responsible for the entire operational agenda, specifically for example:

- OHS forms (how to handle them, how to fill them in)

- Updating of data in the system (data about the company and its employees)

- Periodic inspection schedule (setup and administration, its operation)

- Legislation (types of examinations, deadlines, extracts from medical documentation, categorization)

-Doctors and medical facilities (request for a new doctor, new location for occupational health examinations)

- Appeal against the conclusion of a medical report

- Billing

- Reporting

- Complaints, claims and other suggestions

What happens after the delivery of the question / suggestion to the CCD?

- We identify the suggestion / question

- We register it in the system

- We communicate internally with the relevant doctor / health care provider / responsible person

- If necessary, we will set corrective measures

- We prepare feedback

- We communicate the feedback
